About us.
Welcome! At Chesley Baptist Church we are a community of imperfect people dedicated to learning to live and love like Jesus Christ. Since 1914 people have gathered at our location in rural Chesley, Ontario. Dean and Maxine Bender came in 2008 to continue to lead the tradition of service and devotion to Jesus Christ. They retired in 2024.
Currently, we have an interim director, Pete Nichols, and together with our board, we are working toward seeing a new pastor for our church who can continue to lead us forward.
Join us on Sundays. All are welcome.
Ministries at Chesley

Sunday Worship Service is at 11:00am every Sunday. You can also watch it on YouTube. There is Sunday School during the service for young children.

Kidz Klub meets on Saturday mornings at the church from 10:00-11:30am (bi-weekly). Join us for games, crafts, Bible stories, songs and snacks for children ages 5-12. All are welcome!

JOURNEY YOUTH DROP-IN - Thursdays at Chesley Baptist Church from 7:00-8:30pm - Open to grade 6-12 - A time to play games, chat, and hang out. Casual, welcoming and supervised.

Saturday, October 25, 2025 - Women’s Fall Rally at Glenelg Baptist Church - Registration is $20 - Contact us for more info!
Saturday, November 8, 2025 - Apple Pie Fundraiser! Place your orders by November 5, 2025. Covered pies are $18 and dutch apple pies are $20. Orders must be picked up at the church by 12pm on the day of.
We are also looking for food donations and help to both sell the pies and on the day of the event.
